solid stay with minor hiccups
convenient location friendly staff organized experience
The location was convenient to many places. the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions. i especially liked the restaurant. It had good food and very nice views of the surrounding area. i also appreciated the organized sauna experience and the bag handling on arrival.
The room had a weird smell i couldn't get rid of . the bed made squeaky noises whenever i moved. i also found the walls to be thin. I could hear sounds from other rooms.

The hotel includes a spa. I saw it was next door offering various treatments. a rooftop bar is also present, providing views of the mountain, a private parking spot, and two pools, perfect for different preferences and relaxation .

The staff were helpful in every area of the hotel, they helped me with my bags and parking. Their service was fast. the reception staff were particularly friendly and informative.

I had a large bathroom. I appreciated it. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The views were fine and the place was quiet. i did not expect a free room upgrade that i got. It had a balcony with mountain views.

i loved the staff at this hotel. they were friendly and warm! the hotel kept records of my visits . the rooftop bar offered a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the view.
the pool area needs some tlc. i found the pools very dirty.

loud patrons early refuse collection
the location of this hotel suited my needs adequately.
i FOUND the noise levels UNACCEPTABLE. bars operated late into the night and their patrons were very loud. furthermore the collection of refuse before six in the morning disrupted my sleep.

the staff demonstrated attentiveness to my needs. i appreciated the immaculate state of my room! it featured all amenities expected of upscale accommodations. i liked the delicious breakfast selections, as there was good variety.
I noticed some noise from nearby establishments on one evening. Though, it was minor.
